Returns
I want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. This means all of my molds except Custom and food grade molds are fully refundable. If you have issues with your order please message me within 5 days of receiving your mold(s) and I will gladly refund your purchase price of the mold(s) after they have been received at Salvatore’s Studio. Ship molds back to Salvatore's Studio within 14 days of delivery. A USPS TRACKING number is required for me to track your package. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
If the mold is defected just take a picture of the damaged part send it to me and I will mail you a new mold.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective,
I can't accept returns for:
* Custom orders
* Food Grade Molds
But if you received a defective mold just contact us with a picture and I will gladly send you out a replacement mold.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
